Discreet Shipping
We ship your order using one of the following careful and discreet methods:
Standard, unmarked box – shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with no branding or descriptive text on the outside of the package.
Plain envelope – featuring a generic label with no brand markings or identifiable information.
Shipping Label: The sender’s address on the shipping label will appear as “UC Customer Service”, with no mention of MIHU or any related products. Your name will appear exactly as entered in the shipping details at checkout.
Billing: To protect your privacy, your billing statement will display “UC Customer Service”. In compliance with legal requirements, a customer service phone number will be provided, which connects directly to our dedicated MIHU support team.
Delivery Locations: We can ship to P.O. boxes, UPS Stores, FedEx locations, or any other address capable of receiving packages.
International Shipping: For international customers, customs documentation will show “UC Shipping”, and packages will not reference MIHU or include any product names or details.
